Jackson was brought home to us on November the 1st of 2013. He was chosen out of his litter because he whined when he was put down after being held by us for the first time. In effect, he chose us.
He quickly made friends with his big sister, Melly, and easily became a part of the family. His best attributes were his big, soft, floppy ears, handsome face, smooth coat, and loving personality. His intense loyalty and love for his sisters (both human and canine), mom, and two dads is to be admired and serve as a reminder of the power of unconditional love.
His favorite foods, including but certainly not limited to, were ice cream and pizza crust. He loved to play, ‘baroo’ at squirrels and cats, and most importantly, snuggle. Jackson is proof that the definition of a lap dog is not solely based on size. His talents included sitting pretty, speaking, and giving paw (often all three at the same time in an attempt to cover his bases).
Although sweet Jackson may not be with us any longer, his love will be with us forever and he will definitely have our love forever. We miss him very much and are grateful for the joy he brought us.
Rest in peace, Buddy Mostest
