Melly was rescued from behind a dumpster. When I first met her, she greeted me with a wagging tail and a lick on the face. It took awhile for her to trust us. At first, she didn’t really know how to engage in play and had never dared to bay. With time, she realized she was now in a loving home and she began to play and even learned how to ‘baroo.’ She loved to dig holes, hide bones, chase her brother, and get endless scratches and pets. Her big, brown eyes and sweet disposition will be missed. Whoever abandoned you behind that dumpster missed out on a very special girl. We love you, Melly. Thank you for being our rescue pup.
